I don't but we looked at some quite a while ago. I think it depends on a lot of things, like one kit home seller will have a kit home put up, but you then have to get the place wired, painted and fitted with fixtures, kitchen, bath etc.. source the work yourself you know.. but i have also seen a kit home, where you can add those 'extras' on. so you would pay a base price for the kit home, then extra for the wiring, or kitchen to be put in, painting, bathroom, built in cupboards etc...
I think they are something that you really need to look at the fine print or speak to someone about them. We looked at a display kit home a few years ago, which had the price on it with everything finished off inside.

We are looking into kit homes as well.. there are a few like Harkaway that all the kitchen and appliances are included - but you pay more.

Stone homes are just the stone shells I believe - they are on the dearer end of the kit homes, well thats what I have found anyway.

    Good luck!

Mostly they are kit to lock up only -- no construction in the price. Lock up kit usually includes walls, cladding, etc but not the bathroom, kitchen, floor coverings, etc.. Many companies offer an additional fit out kit which includes everything you need for a complete home. And some also offer a construction price too.
I love those stone homes and also ones from storybook.
