Dry nose & throat

hi

i keep wakeing up everyday with a dry sore throad and dry nose. it hurts. has anyone else had this. i have been told to get a vaporisor but i don't really want the bedroom heating up considering its getting to 30 here during the day. i am going to get a saline nasal spray today and see if that helps????????? i am over it!

Ohhh wanna trade? My nose hasn't stopped running the past two months, and I keep coughing because my throat is so irritated by the ('scuse the TMI) salty snot running down it!

Drink extra water! Also make sure you buy the big saline spray - you will love (and it will help prevent preggy snoring too ).

thanks! i have a saline spray with a moisturiser in it so i'm giving that a flogging and will see how i go! nose is dripping on throat to. oh well, if that is the worst that happens i am doing well.
