AF & backache

Does anyone else suffer back pain with AF? Normally I get a bit of discomfort in my lower back but today it is really painful. Great timing too, DH arrives home tomorrow after being away for 3mths overseas , he'll just have to wait a few more days.

Oh Dianne, that is rotten timing! I do sometimes get backache with AF too.

It sux hay, i get a really bad back ache to when and a bit b4 i get Af, its annoying isnt it. Hope your back feels better soon hun xx

I get a rotten backache, my hips ache and i just feel like complete utter crap

And what such bad timing! if hes waited 3 months im sure another couple of days wont hurt him

When its AF time for me, i get abit of lower back pain just b4 AF, and sometimes during AF, it is very annoying aswell coz most of the pain relief i take, doesnt work for the lower back pain nor the period pain.

hope your back pain eases.

Im sure DH can wait an extra few days

Get some naprogesic or even the generic brand of it from the chemist its a god send works for my terrible cramping caused by my pcos.

I used to get backache with AF before my endo was diagnosed. Naprogesic worked OK sometimes, but not all the time. I liked heat packs and my chiropractor was a godsend. Nothing worked as well as an adjustment.

AF used to always trun up when BHL came home from been away for 3 or 4 mths, he used to to act like I planed it that way I would always get sick too, like my body decided to finally brake down as it knew there was finaly someone else there to pick up the slack...

A few more days wont kill him ...
