Ok... when I was younger and broke out bad I would often put white zinc sunscreen on them over night. Really rub it in. The zinc speeds up healing plus kinda takes the redness out of them. It also kinda dries them out. So if you aren't allergic to zinc cream try that. Sudocrem would also do the trick as it has high levels of zinc. It has to be the really thick white stuff.
