I thought I was travelling OK with my fitness and diet........
Until my loving and very honest 3 year old decided bring to my attention that "Mummy has a big tummy '. And lately everytime I spill food, instead of landing on perky pre BF BB's, it seems to land on my post DD x3 muffin top! I have the tell-tale grease stains on my shirts to prove it.
But NO MORE!
I am challenging myself to get out and walk everyday until I can spill food without it landing somwhere in my midriff area! LOL.
Finding it hard to do much exercise though with the three kids. Next year when DD starts school I'm entertaining the idea of going back to the gym and putting the boys in creche for an hour or so a few times a week.
I've just worked out there is a bike track that goes down to our local supermarket (and bottleshop LOL), only about a 15 minute walk. I've found it hard up until now to get out with 3 all at the same time. But DD1 is now 5, so I let her ride her bike. And DD2 (3) and DD3 (19m) were restrained within the pram and toddler seat. My plan is to get a bike and trailer for christmas....... Guess I'd better be nice to Santa!
