Do Vitamin B injections help with nausea?

Hi I am wondering if anyone has had a Vitamin B injection at their dr's for nausea in pregnancy, I am suffering all day/night nausea with some vomiting.
I have tried accupuncture (which gives me some relief) I am wearing travel sickness bands, taking blackmores morning sickness formula and still suffering.
I just dont know what else to do.
Did the injections stop the nausea??

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxime) is recognised as being helpful in hyperemesis along with small regular meals to maintain a stable BSL (blood sugar). You can get the tablets from the chemist / health food shop. Not sure about injections but the same principles should apply. Hope you feel better soon!!
