Hi all I just had bub number 4 and my 6 weeks post csec is over and I've joined a gym and started with doing cardio on the treadmill and bike but just wondering if anyone has any tips for good excercises for toning and losing the tummy
And also what are the foods to avoid I know the obvious take away etc but I mean like white bread etc what are the everyday foods that I would be better to avoid to help my weight lose
