what do u think bubs thinks or feels if anything when we vomit or cough or something that constricts our tummy ?

Well, I have heard that BH contrax feel like a gentle squeeze...kind of like a hug... so I guess this would be the same?
I've often wondered about that too, and bending over especially while I'm impersonating Quasimodo hunched over vacuuming the whole house then mopping, which takes a good hour or so. Boy does she jump around when I finish! Mental Note: Hubby should take over soon..I can't bend over to get to the power point anymore for the vaccuum cleaner.![]()
Haha, I wondered this too yesterday when I spewed up next to my car in a shopping centre. (mortified by the way).
My tummy was contracting very strongly due to the vomiting. Poor wee baby wouldn't have known what the heck I was doing.
Not a stupid question at all.

I've always thought it would be a bit of fun for them...bit boring otherwise just hanging out in the bubble...I guess it would add some difference to their day! he he...
Not a silly question at all, I've been wondering if she gets bored in there! There really wouldn't be much to do in there afterall.
Oh good so many of u wonder as well lol im not silly after all ahah
i really wanna know what they think, coz my tummy contracts pretty strongly when ui have a chuck so to speak lol, or even a coughing fit or when we bend over .
we know it cant hurt them they are all preotected in there but still they can hear us and they have to be able to feel it hhmmm
Hehe, I'm also a pretty explosive sneezer and have worried that I've hurt the baby in some way after sneezing sometimes. LOL, I usually just get a good kick in the guts a few seconds after doing that though LOL.

When I had my last ultrasound DH commented to the sonographer that there seemed to be a lot of open space where the brain should be. She laughed and said yes there was, the brain gradually grows to fill in the space.
She said she often gets parents wondering if the baby gets bored in there and she has to say no...there's really not a lot going on upstairs, the babies are kind of like goldfish at this point!! Even when they are born they aren't really capable of complex thoughts, the brain is still developing.
So what do they think....? Not much, apparently!
