Starting to get really annoyed lately, i CANNOT lose weight no matter what i do
i never eat junk food, only have alcohol every so often, sugar free, and for the last few weeks all i have been eating is fruit and vegies, fish and chicken and crap loads of water lol.. doing that made me lose about 2kgs but its come to a grinding holt...
i walk for about an hour nearly everyday, was going to the gym 1-2 times a week, but i got told u have to go about 5 times a week or it doesnt do anything, which is true cuz it wasnt lol... just making me slightly more toned...
so any tips lol, im getting really frustrated, want to lose about 10kg but 6-7 would do
