Undercover Wear - tell me your experiences

I hosted a party about a week and a half ago and have had nothing but problems with them since. I'm in the process of writing a stongly worded letter of complaint to them. I'm interested to hear if this might have been a one off or if others have had issues with them in the past also.

The consultant didn't give me any info about who still needed to pay and what to do with the cash that people have given me. I just thought it was like tupperware where the consultant gets the money. But now (a week and a bit after the party) i find out that i need some slip that she hasn't given me to take to the money to the post office and pay it before they release the goods. As a result, my guests that were told thier orders will be here in a week will now have waited nearly 2 weeks for their orders. I've had nothing but excuses from all levels.

I've never had any issues with UCW.

Yes you have to pick up the parcel from the post office, the people who paid on the day of the party should have their clothes delivered directly to them though.

Yeah, UCW - never really heard anything bad about them. I think the way they do the money etc is a total muck around anyway.
But it's definitely the consultant. Have you called their head office?

Yup, definitely a consultant problem. Some consultants give out all the paperwork on the night, but when I used to do it, I would send it off a couple of days after the party, so I could double check all my figures.

Tinks right, whoever paid on credit card will have had their garments sent straight out, and they will be delivered to you. Unfortunately theres not a lot that Head Office can do as its a consultant problem, so it would be better to chase down the consultant. Are you in WA? I'm going to the fashion launch tonight, and could have a chat to the consultant or her manager for you, just PM me

I'll reccomend you write to their head office at:
    8 Solent Circuit
    Norwest Business Park
    Baulkham Hills NSW 2153

You can also send a copy the CEO or to the Marketing Manager. UnderCoverWear is working hard to keep a good reputation for customer service. They are taking issues such as this seriously, especially during tough economic times when sales are lower than normal.

Head Office should make sure that Consultants are properly trained and motivated. Hopefully this particular consultant just had a few bad days and it won't happen again. Keep us up to date on how you are progressing and how the response is from head office.
