If you take leave from your job (paid or unpaid, doesn't matter), and then go back to the same job (ie same company), then yes, you still get CCB/CCTR as if you were working. It meets the work/study rule as long as you go back.

I'm planning on leaving DD in cc for 1 or 2 days a week when number 2 arrives as she has made so many friends I don't want to disrupt that relationship too much. Not to mention she LOVES going and starts bouncing up and down whenever she sees her daycare mum.
Do you still get CCTR/CCB when on maternity leave? I really have no idea and am not worried either way, was just curious.
