Combined postage

I sold a few pairs of shorts on Ebay today, there were 4 pairs that all went to the same buyer.
I didn't mention about combining postage on any of the listings, and the buyer hasn't contacted me asking if I can combine postage...I'm just wondering if i should offer to combine postage to be nice, or if she needs to pay the postage cost for each item (I would probably still send them separately).
I'm just wondering even though I didn't mention it on the listings, if she is going to expect that postage will be combined anyway?

I would think that yes she would expect it, and might not have checked her computer yet to see if she won?
