    missing my angel

    only 2 weeks ago i was one of the happiest girls u would ever meet.
    i was finally over my morning sickness, my baby was healthy and i have the most amazing fiance.
    at 22 weeks i thought nothing could possibly go wrong.
    boy was i wrong.
    at 22 weeks and 2 days i was rushed to hospital.
    my waters had broken.
    it was only the next day that i gave birth to my little angel which we named Jaxson.
    he was so beautiful.
    unfortunatly my boy didnt make it.

    i will always love u.

    Jaxson. Born 20.11.2009 at 5.31pm.

    looking for advise on how to cope and hoping to talk to people in the same situation. please help!

    hey sanja
    i am so sorry for the loss of your little man. the only advice i can give you is to make sure you do waht you want to do, if you dont want to talk dont, if you want to cry your eyes out that is fine too, I am still trying to deal with the loss of my little girl and all i can say is to take it one day at a time.
    Fly free little man!

    Sweetie, I am so very sorry for the loss of your son Jaxson. I too know the pain having lost a little boy and my heart aches for you.

    My advice, just be what you need to be. It is so important to grieve your little boy and let yourself feel the pain. Trust me, it will get better but it takes time hun.

    Just hang in there, perhaps pop over to the miscarriage and stillbirth threads and talk to ladies who have been through the same pain as you.

    RIP darling Jaxson.

    Oh honey, I am so so sorry for your loss You little man will always be in your heart and he'll never be far away, there is a reason why he couldn't stay here on earth for very long, that's what I like to think when I think of my little angel who I lost at 21 weeks last October 08.
    My advice is like the others', one day at a time and please let yourself grieve for your little angel. It does take time to heal, but I don't believe you get over the loss ever. Our little angels are such a big part of our lives, we never forget them.
    Big hugs hun, and I know you'll find lots of support here on belly

    Sanj I am so sorry for your and fiance's heartbreaking loss.
    Take good care of eachother, glad that you have good support at home, there are many girls here that have gone through similar losses, so don't feel like you are alone, there are many friends in waiting here X
    Remember men can go through different ways of greiving, so just keep an eye on eachother, I hope your future journeys together are healthy ones babe X

    I am so sad to hear about little Jaxson arriving too early. Sadly the ladies here in these threads know only too well your anguish and heartbreak. One of us is usually here lurking it seems ready to listen.

    At only 2 weeks after the birth of your precious son my recommendation is to cry and take more time to cry and rage at the injustice and focus on you in whatever way feels right for you.

    The constant crying does gradually ease. There is a weird comfort in and connection to your baby in crying, or least I found that. I got scared about what to do once the crying lessened. Coming here and talking about your experiences and feelings is a good start. Don't hesitate to ask questions here - although your grief journey is yours, there is some hard earnt wisdom in these threads and a lot of compassionate hearts.

    Go gently little one.

    I'm so sorry for your loss.

    Maybe it will help to find a way to give him a memorial, whether it be naming a star after him, I've heard ppl who do writing in the sands or letting go of a balloon. Something that symbolises your little man so he is with you both forever.

    thanks everyone for replying.

    thank you to everyone for the advice, love and support.
    its good to talk to people who sadly this has also happened to.
    i feel as though i cant talk to people who havent had to deal with the same situation as they dont really understand what im going through.

    jaxson was crimated. i just got his ashes back last friday. my fiance daniel and i are thinking to scatter his ashes somewhere special where we can always go to visit him.

    it was so hard leaving jaxson behind at the hospital. i cant imagine what its going to be like letting him go again. i want him to be free, but this is just so hard.

    one of the wrost things about this happening is talking to people and them asking, hows the pregnancy? or, not long now til your baby comes. i understand that they dont know what has happened but its making it so much hader to deal with.

    also, im looking at getting a tattoo in memory of jaxson.
    does anybody know of a nice poem that i could get on my back?

    thanks again. xx

    Oh honey, to you again.. Letting go again would be hard,but you need to do what feels right.. We still have Taite and Seth's ashes at home in an urn..We may one day scatter tham or have them buried with a plaque(sp?), but not for now.. If you click on the link under my ticker there are lots of poems there, some are a bit long but there are some nice short quotes too.. Even if you see words out of many poems and make it your own.. There are so many beautiful poems about, you could try a google search as well. Good luck with your search.. Love to you, Abby x

    I'm not sure of a poem at hand but the words "a mother never forgets....jaxson" might be nice?

    thanks again everyone. i got this poem off my sister...
    please tell me what u think?

    MY BOY

    Whatever dreams you follow;
    How ever far u fly;
    You'll never be alone my boy,
    on earth, sea or sky.
    My heart will travel with you,
    'til all your dreams are done,
    Then guide you safely home again;
