Yay! I'm starting to see results

For the past couple of months I've been really trying to watch what I eat. I've cut out a large amount of sugar from my diet and have switched from normal coke to diet coke.
I'm drinking more water. Trying to minimise the amount of high fat foods and exercising more.

I've recently noticed that my clothes are starting to get looser and I have to wear a belt more often. I'm also starting to like what I see when I'm naked.

I'm not weighing myself because I'm doing some weights and gaining some muscle and we all know muscle weighs more than fat so looking at the numbers on the scale would not be accurate for me. I'm going by measurements and they way my clothes feel and how I feel in my skin.

Even DH is starting to see the results of my hard work. Still got a bit to go so I mustn't get slack. I'll keep working to get to my goal, then change things slightly to maintain my goal.

Well done hun - it's all coming together for you, and I don't know about you but when I see results like that it motivates me to do more exercise, eat healthier etc!!

    High five!!

    Thumbs up Fantastic Work!!

What a fantastic job! You are so strong to not look at the scales. I weigh myself each morning and night.

I am also working at losing weight and quite frankly just cant get motivated to start some major exercise. I have lost about 10-12kg so far and the feeling of having looser clothes or knowing that whatever I grab out of the cupboard will fit - makes it all worthwhile!!

    Keep up the fantastic work!
