so DH and i are trying to decide whats the best option financially, we are pushed to our limit atm and not sure where to go.....

do we refiance or sell

do i get a job and pay child care or not

ARe we ever getting out of this rut


what should we do please help!!! when will we be finacially ok again????????

Unfortunately I think these are questions that you need to answer yourself as there are too many if's buts and maybe's

for instance what are the chances you can sell? are you likely to make a profit? what are your chances of buying a new house? how much is rent in the area you want to live? so will this make it worthwhile selling?

how much are you likely to be paid if you get a job? would you be paying more for childcare then making?

Have you seen a financial counsellour to see if they can help you to get out of the rut?

thank you- we have actually answered these questions i wrote this when i was a little..ok alot stressed. we are ok now and have come up with a good plan to clear debt save and keep the house. thank you again for youe thoughts

I am so glad to hear you have a plan and there is nothing to be about as I know I do the same thing and I am constantly being told that I already know the answer I just can't see it in my stress-haze mind at the time

I made a 'magic' money bag.

I made it out of paper with 'abundance' written on it and sticky tape. the inspiration behind it was that when you think out abundance you gain abundance, and when you gain abundance you attract more abundance. My friend who is more widely read than me said that ideas like that are in the book that Oprah was promoting called 'the secret'.

Also when I was young, my Grampa would give money gifts in a red money gift packet at Christmas. This packet used to breed money. :-) I swear! there would be a five dollar note in one week and 10 dollars the next time a looked.

It may be a psychological thing sort of like when you have to fiddle to get your money out of the packet you are thinking about it, how you are using it and make more thoughtful purchases..
either way it can't hurt right?
