what sort of part time job could he do

im trying to find something DH can do of an evening or on the weekend thats part time or casual, 3-4 hours a night.
Or potentially friday or saturday nights.
i really dont think there would be anything though, but this is all he'd need to do - he is home witht eh boys in the day so he cant work all night or he wont be able to look after them.

any ideas? I tried to recruit him to tupperware but no luck

he's done servo work before, so could do that if it was fri/sat as the shifts are 7 hours+

Are nightfill shifts not full shifts? I didnt know you could get shorter hours in them?

I'm waiting for a job to come up at our local hospital that fits this criteria... there's a good one friends of mine have suggested i do... they work there as a nurse and security guard... the job is to go around to all the patients and ask if they would like their TV connected. You collate the info and take it back to the office where the technicians make the connection. From what i have heard the hours are very flexible. The woman in charge told me that you can do it almost any time of the day... it just has to be at least once... she said the even just after dinner was a good time to do the rounds. She also said she had just hired a few people (they share it between themseves from the sounds of things) but she said that when she's hiring next she'll give me a call. Sounds like a great job... probably doesn't pay much but i love the flexibility... she said lots of students do it because of this.

pizza delivery for a local pizzeria? My dad does that 1-2 nights per week from about 5pm-11pm. He also helps out in the kitchen when it isn't busy. He gets paid an hourly rate plus any tips he gets.

It's a bit like what I used to do when studying:
    Bar work or restaurant waiter/kitchenhand?
Telephone market research - have to like cold calling and not be put off some rude responses.
    Bottleshop?

What about ringing the local newspapers and seeing if they have jobs? My mum said there is a printing factory where she lives, and you get a night time job there for putting the catalogues inside the newspapers... I can't quite remember the hours, but i think it was something like 4 - 5hrs. I suppose the Friday nightshift would be the main one you would do, we always have the catalogues in the paper on Saturdays..
