i started doing them about 9 weeks after having her.. will this cause any permenant damage? or damage at all for that matter?
i didnt have a rough birth or anything the only bad thing that came out of it was some hemeroidswhich i still have, they arent on the outside anymore apparently you get them on the inside too

You should still be able to build up the strength if you do them regularly now. If you find you are having trouble with leaking then a physio specialising in women's health should be able to help you.
