    Burnt Formica from Hot Saucepan

Okay, so I have put a hot saucepan on top of our very light coloured formica and now there is a burn mark - well a few - so far I have tried - toothpaste, bleach, jif, baking soda - any other ideas, apart from replacing the benchtops - which I would love to do btw but not sure that DH will go for that idea.

    Thank you in advance.

OH NO! I have done that too and could never get the burn off although it faded a little over time. The only thing I can suggest is to put a big chopping board over it.

With some patterns you may get away with replacing a patch of it. Not sure how much that would cost though!
