Help me achieve my goal :)

My goal is to go through my house - 1 room each weekend and declutter/cull/clean

    Starting tomorrow!!!!

So....if anyone sees me lurking on here instead of decluttering.....feel free to tell me what I SHOULD be doing

I need to get it done before bub comes and before I go crazy!!!

haha good luck with your cleaning Sunshine!

I LOVVVVVE de-cluttering...to the point that my DP gets nervous if I hover around cupboards...hence everytime he loses something the first thing he does is insist I probably gave it to Vinnies or the Salvos ;p

    You're on hun!

I started a similar mission myself today. Did the laundry and main bathroom...much worse to go. I figure though if I get one area done evryday/couple of days I should be right.

    Well???
My room for today is done
I've been through all the bathroom cupboards chucked out of date stuff, stuff thats been open for what seems like forever, stuff that doesn't get used, broken hair bands etc. Wiped out drawers and cupboards
It looks like a whole new bathroom.

Was going to start in the garden but it's still raining so maybe off to Ikea to buy more stuff I don't really need....?? LOL

    Good luck with it!!!!!

May I join you? I have to start a challenge similar to this shortly, as I am moving in a few months and since it is a long distance move, the whole household of furniture is not getting moved, so I have to sort through things as well as get rid of things. I have done most of the study/library so far.

well today I managed to sort out some baby stuff to sell on here, put some outside in the garage for the Sallies, and then I went through a box that has remained unpacked for 2 house moves () and gotten rid of that.

I am going to start doing the same. I want to buy a digital SLR camera, so I have to start clearing out stuff to fund it.. And the bonus is that I will have space again.

Darl have a look at Skipper Guru (just google it). It is a website that sets a focus room each day as well as little odd jobs. I'm using that and it is helping me.
