Yep, title says it all hehehehe

We has stir-fry last night and I have the uncanny ability to cook double and often triple the rice we need (I can never remember how much uncooked rice makes cooked rice, and even then cant remember how much cooked rice we need anyway LOL!).

So anyway, I have loads of cooked rice in the fridge, and am going to make rice pudding/custard (YES for dinner because quite frankly I CBF cooking anything else tonight LMAO... Maybe peas and corn fritters, because they are the next easiest thing after toast, which was our breakfast ... lazy lazy Sunday hehe).

Anyway... can I use pre-cooked rice?
And... I have custard powder. Would I use that? And just make custard, add the rice and heat (yes i know about the rice and food poisoning, make sure the rice is nice and hot)? Or do I do milk, sugar, and vanilla extract?

Thanks
