Blood clots after DTD 4 weeks after childbirth??? TMI

Last night was the second time since Archie's birth that we attempted to DTD... It ended badly!! I had quite a bit of pain and then started bleeding in clots! What does this mean!!!??? I had a PPH after the birth and had pretty much stopped bleeding, just pale lochia. I am now bleeding red blood.
I bled for three weeks after DD's birth then got AF at week 4. Could this be AF again? But why the clots?

you can get secondary PPH up to 6 weeks after birth, so i would be giving the hospital a call darl, jsut to make sure i think you need to be checked out
