Hello Ladies
Well its been a long time since i have sat on the computor and come to BB. I used to be very obsessed lol. Last year i did the new year body challenge on here and it really helped me to get my weight loss started. I did really well and lost 12kg from 01/01/09 til 04/06/09 BUT then i quit smokingNot something i liked to admit was a habit of mine. Well its been over 7 months and i havent worried about watching my waist and in doing so i have gained 8.3kg. This has been devastating so i thought i would come back to BB and all the wonderful support thats here to start again.
So i am 73.6kg. My goal is to get to 65kg in a 12 week period. I have different challenges to face compared to last year so i'm a little daunted. Last year i was a SAHM. I now work 4 days a week. I find that i eat more on working days as i dont like to just sit around on my breaks iykwim. I also find it alot harder to fit in time to exercise. I used to smoke rather than eat if i had cravings for no no foodsnow i just seem to snack constantly. I used to have a 1yo and almost 3yo who where happy to sit in the phil and ted and go for a walk but now i have a 2yo who hates the pram and an almost 4yo who wants to walk but slows me down etc. My hubby works longer hours etc etc. It sounds as though i am making lots of excuses and although this may be the case in general life is busier than ever and i am finding it harder than ever to get my bum into gear.
I am motivated though so am starting my journey and looking forward to the love and support of all the wonderful ppl on BB.
