    Recommendations on calm birth books

    Hi
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on some calm birth books?

    Thanks!

Read this thread too Kellie: why we feel pain in labor and pain relief methods - Pregnancy, Birth & Baby Forums ~ BellyBelly

It's long, but if you just read the OP's posts it's not too bad. I give this thread lots of credit for my wonderful labours with K and Alana

Hi I know you asked about this awhile ago now but I found Birth Skills by Juju Sundin amazing. I can honestly say that giving birth was the most wonderful rewarding experience of my life and I honestly put it down to the techniques I read in this book, it also gave me little thing to tell my DH to do. All of which helped me but also made him feel really involved!

    Good Luck

Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin is another good one, if you can find it. It's an old book.
