Im confused? i looked on the website for it and didnt get it
whos had it an been eligible? it said if you have savings of more than $1000 than you arent that sux for me! im looking at moving out in a few months, over the last year i have managed to save a couple thousand so i can afford all the equiptment to move out damn!
The way the Department of Housing see it, if you have money in excess of $1k, then you could possibly use that for your bond, instead of getting a bond loan. I'm not sure which state you're in, but you need to be earning under a certain amount each week to be eligible.
When we were getting $950 a week before we moved here we werent eligable for the bond loan as we were earning too much although they dont take rent costs, moving costs and daily living costs into the equation which does suck.
With rent assistance because i am on centrelink payments we are entitled to it despite the fact DH is working but im not sure where there earning cut off is and rules on it
i still have to purchase a fridge/ washing machine and alot of other housing equiptment with that maby once i have done that i will be able to get the bank records and prove that to them. i havent got any income coming in except my clink payments every fortnight so i thought i would be eligeble
