    Red face So hypothetically speaking...lol

    hmmm so im breastfeeding still if i was to say somehow in awhile down the track need contraception what is the best type to use?,
    i concieved DD after using xp used a condom and it broke the next day i took the morning after pill..9 months later she arrived so im verry weary/scared about taking this next step(when it does) its been almost 2 years wow i didnt realise untill i thought about it!

    please some advise would be great on what u guys think the best thing to use is?

    I'm no expert but I would say that if you are still BF then go for the mini pill and use a condom too for extra protection. Can never be too carefull!

    Regardless of what other contraceptives you take ie Mini Pill etc always use a condom as well for your own protection. Okay, safe sex lecture over! Have fun!

    you have the mini pill the mirena an IUD which lasts for 5 years, think teh implanon and the depo injection which is 3 monthly
    but best to see your dr about it and they can prescribe something suitable.

    I'd say your best bet would be to discuss contraception with your doctor. He/she can discuss and work out what is the best option for you
