It is my DH birthday next weekend and I am getting him this weather station thing that he wants. It can tell you inside temp, outside temp etc. He issssss so difficult to buy for as he isnt into 'stuff' doesnt really listen to music or watch DVD's, def isnt into clothes- he does love to read so most years he does get a book as well.

DF's birthday was in December, and I got him a day at Calder Park raceway being driven around by pro racing drivers in a V8. It was a great day, they had a big safety briefing with the whole group, professional photos with the car and they went SOOO fast! They also had a camera in the car filming all DF's reactions and all, and they sent the footage away to a professonal post production team and 2 weeks later we recieved the most hilarious DVD of his time. Needless to say DF loved it, it was a great day.

DH just had a birthday & I gave him money for something he wants. Normally I'd get the item myself but having DS makes things just that little bit harder & I didn't get to the shops!!

Tickets to a show...his birthday is in May and Tex Perkins is doing a Johnny Cash at the Atheneum in Melbourne. He can pick who he wants to take if he doesn't take me
It seems to be a recurring theme for me as I got him tickets to the Lyle Lovett concert for Chritmas

A year ago I bought my DH a hammock. He loves it...has it set up on the back patio and goes out and reads the newspaper, has a beer, snoozes. Sometimes I'm allowed in it too

For his most recent birthday I bought him two tickets to see Al Green in concert.

My DH is also really hard to buy for, he always says he wants clothes or shoes, but I refuse to risk buying clothes for him that he'll end up having to return because he's so tall and lanky that nothing fits. I also find buying clothes really boring and I won't ever let him buy me clothes.

I get my DP clothes.. Thats all he wants. He always knows he is getting clothes. It's a bit boring. Sometimes I will get him nice aftershave as well or a CD he wants, but DP is hard to buy for as he is not 'into' anything really except dirtbikes which I know nothing about!! He always gets me what I ask for.. I wanted a bra for xmas so he wanted to give me the money for it but I said no, wrote down the size and make I wanted and made him buy it . He chose well
