CSA - why is one child worth (significantly) more than the others?

Ok so Im sure its complicated, but i dont get why one child is worth more than the others.
    Heres the scenario.
Mr X has 1 child from a previous relationship and 3 with his partner.
HE pays upward of $800 per month for child 1.
Out of interest they used the online thingy to estimate what he'd pay for the 3 kids they have together, and it was closer to $80 a month each?

it comes down to a lot of factors - primarily - the income of BOTH parents supporting the children. if child 1 is to a mother who is unemployed, and Mr X has high income, no shared care etc, then he would pay a higher amount. if the other three children are to his current partner, his responsbility to them (fiscally) is less as both parents have to contribute (to the house etc). it really is a very messy calculation. if he has between 14 and 35% shared care of child 1, his CS responsbility is reduced by (i think) 25% - as i said - messy messy calculation!

    Because the formula is stupid.

I get NOTHING for 2 kids that I have most of the time, pay ALL childcare, medical, health, psychology, clothes, shoes, swimming, basketball, roof over their head food on their table etc etc etc...

And I'm apparently the "expert" in this field!?!?!?!

Yep I agree to that - stoopid. Its bull**** that they cap the amount any man has to pay so they can get away with paying less than 10% of their income to their 3 kids
