Cramps after the big O (and I don't mean ovulation lol)

Hope it's not TMI for anyone, but for the last few days I have been having cramps after I 'O'. They start pretty much as soon as it's over, and last about 30 seconds to 1 minute. They feel just as strong as AF cramps, ouch! To a lesser extent I've been getting them whilst dtd, but not as strong, and again, only for the last 4 days or so. Does anyone else get this, and is it normal or something I need to get checked out. It gave me a bit of a shock the first time it happened lol

I think the cervix does contract after O'ing, maybe yours is just going into a bit of over drive?

Or I could be completely way off..lol. I would consider getting checked out by a gyno though, JIC there is something in it..and it can't make DTD very comfortable either.

thanks ss...I think I might get it checked out, it hurts a bit and I've never had it happen before. A bit of Dr. Googling has told me that it is normal for your uterus etc to contract after an orgasm, but seeing as it's not happened to me before, I think I'll ask my doc what's going on.

i get this every now and then. i haven't for ages though so not sure why i did at the time. its quite a bad pain and sounds just like the one you get. hope you get some answers from the dr.

At 32 weeks I had FULL ON 6 hours worth of contractions, no water broke, and no plug.

I thought afterwards, great, at least I know what'll work to get things moving once I hit full term!

after u orgasm i assume? could u be pregnant? i got this when i was pregnant after i had an orgasm..

I alwaaays get this when before i was pregnant and now they arent as bad now but they were exactly like af cramps so i know what you mean unfortunatly i have no idea what they are
