Check out the failsafe site, I am pretty sure I have read some stories where the mum's were breastfeeding and that is how they worked out why their bub had "colic". As far as I am aware there should not be an issue. Ooh just remembered I do know know an online mum from another site that did failsafe whilst breastfeeding and it made huge improvements in her DD.

I'm interested to know too. My DS2 has always had issues sleeping. Although he has improved out of sight as he's gotten older, we're currently going through a rough patch with his day sleeps again. He had one about 6 months ago then things improved, he has always been a bit inconsisent. Thankfully he sleeps through every night and has done since 10 months.

I know that he reacts to dairy and also to food colouring. We avoid dairy (although we do cave and give him the occasional yoghurt, cheese, bit of ice cream etc). He had red food colouring in his 2nd bday cake and it was a disaster!

I guess I want to know from anyone who has done it how hard it is. It looks REALLY hard from what I've read. I've got three kids under 5 and life is hectic enough without making things harder iykwim??

    Sorry to hijack Olive
