Smile help with ideas for expressing at outdoor event

ello ladies just wondering if anyone else has been in this position or has any ideas? i am going to BDO on the weekend and my 9.5mth old exclusively breastfed bub will be staying home with nana (yah freedom!!) on the downside that means i will need to express whilst at the concert as we will be gone for over 12hours and my boobs will not cope with that!

any ideas re where i could express at an outdoor event? has anyone else been in same position, what did you do?? i have a medella swing so can take that and a small bottle bag w ice packs to keep milk cool but there are no pass outs so cant express in car??

any help or ideas would be awesome cheers ladies

There is normally a first aid tent run by St Johns Ambulance. Maybe they could give you a hand?

St John ambulance is a good idea, better than a toilet or the car.

I would find somewhere to sit that is away from people and express there... are could you maybe go to the first aid tent and ask if you could sit in a curtained area?

I would have an esky in the car and do it there, just because I couldn't express easily enough in a loud populated venue. I also wouldn't want to have to carry around breast milk. I often have gone into the loo to let a bit of pressure off throughout the day just a few squirts into some toilet paper (if its the BDO you may want to carry around some washers to use for this) to relieve yourself until you have the chance to express properly. That way you won't miss too much but still get some relief. Goodluck!
