    What do flat temps mean?

Pretty much what the title says, what in the world do flat temps mean on such a consistant basis? I've had flat temps for seven days now. First thing I thought, whoops, the thermometer is broken, but I've used it at different times of the day, different temps, and even gotten DF to use it after me in the morning, all fine. FF doesn't have a lot to say about it other than the whole, 'is your therm. broken, batts. low, inconsistent waking times' blah blah. Temp taken at the same time every morning.

Also, FF gave me my O date as cd 14, it was the first good jump in temps I've had, and then a few days later took it away, then gave it back, then took it away again. I would be something like 15 or 16 dpo I think, so maybe it's just another annov cycle.

Does anyone know what flat temps like this mean? My FF chart can be found from the link in my sig.

    TIA

ummmm *refers to sig, refers to sig*

no haven't poas...we have been using protection...one oopsie on cd 14 when it broke.

Hmmm, I REALLLLY don't want to get into the whole poas addiction again I really did think I O'ed on cd 14 though, I even had O pains. My longest cycle since off the pill has been 32 days, then last month was 26...I'm on cd 31 today, so perhaps the flat temps are in anticipation of AF?

    Thanks for your help ladies

I got pregnant on the pill and whilst i had the implanon rod in so protection is not always 100% as you know and there was the oopsie, maybe if you dont want to get back into the POAS obsession and i know where you are coming on that as you know again, wait until 18 DPO then maybe test i dont know i know you dont want to test but its also going to drive you nuts if AF is a no show for much longer, such a hard one!

Hmmm. I guess I will be testing tomorrow then, as that's 18 dpo going from that O spike. I'm still not sure if it was even O, I mean it looks like it was and all. Will have to sneak out and buy a hpt lol.

you could always leave it another week and just see what happens but i think after a week if AF hasnt shown then its def POAS time

It looks annov to me. I don't think the short temp rise was significant compared to the previous temps. Do you get frequent annov cycles? Have you talked to a doctor about them? I hope AF turns up soon for you.
