Moving from Perth to Adelaide - suggestions for Adelaide centres?

    Hi all,

We've been Pivet clients in Perth through two IVF cycles and have 1 FET to go (if our only frostie survives to transfer). If we don't have success we'll need to move our care to an Adelaide centre, as we're moving there for my hubbie's work.

I'd be interested in anyone's clinic, and specialist recomendations for Adelaide?

Also - for anyone from Pivet in Perth - how readily do they share their clinical information via transfer notes?? I'd really not want to do all the tests again, we already know what works for us !

    Cheers

    Oh, me too! Me too!

    Hi all,

I'm in Adelaide, too, looking for someone good as a FS. I have been given a referral to Linda McKendrick by my (terrible) GP. If anyone can PM me about any information they have on her, or any others that can be recommended, I'd really appreciate it.

    Cheers

    Hey there,

There are currently 3 IVF providers in Adelaide - it depends on where you are moving to, as to which one would be most convenient - That being said - we drive from one side of the city to the other because of the financial aspect of it all.

We go to Flinders IVF (based out of Flinders Medical Centre - in the southern suburbs).
Fertility SA works in conjunction with Flinders IVF - but is the private sector - it is based out of Hutt street in the city, with EPU and ET at St Andrew's Hospital in the city. Repromed have 2 offices/clinics - one on the edge of the city in Dulwich, and then one in the Northern suburbs at Mawson Lakes.

Feel free to ask any questions

    Hi there. Happy moving XX

I go to Repromed in Dulwich Adelaide. The place has a great vibe, and from the first appointment my DH and I had, we were welcomed like family.
We also don't have private insurance, so everything there is totally bulk billed.
    Good luck X
