Choc Chip biscuits and Cheese and bacon muffins anyone??

Does anyone have some yummy recipes to make these? I'm wanting to attempt some for DD and DH for work/daycare.

I think I posted a recipe a while back for the choc chip biscuits - I will see if I can find it.

I found it! I make these all the time and they always turn out great.

    Best Chocolate Chip cookies

    You will need:
    250g softened butter-butter
    1 cup caster sugar
1 1.5 cups brown sugar (again not tightly packed)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla essence
    3 1.4 cup plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
    3 tsp hot water
375g dark choc bits (<- I used half and half milk and white choc chips)
125g (1cup) chopped walnuts (<- I used pecans and I think it had a far better result than the walnuts would have)

    Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 deg (or 160 fan forced).
Cream the butter and sugars. Beat the eggs in one at a time then stir in the vanilla.
Dissolve bicarb in the hot water and add to the mixture. Stir in flour, chocolate and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased baking trays (<- this makes a large biscuit around 7cm diameter, so you could make them smaller and you would get more that way)

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until edges are nicely browned (<- this gives you a rather soft and chewy cookie. I did some at this time and then others for a few minutes longer and they were better, so I put the first lot back in to crisp them up a bit more)

You should get 4 dozen cookies, but if you make them smaller you will get more.
By saying butter-butter I mean real butter and not marg and you can leave out the nuts altogether and they are fine.
