    Hello all!!!

Now i have a baby to look after too, I am wanting to be more organised for school!

I am hoping to get some baking done every weekend to freeze for the week ahead. Please give me some ideas and recipes to help me!!!

I have made sausage rolls and banana and choc chip cake so far.... what are your suggestions?

    TIA!!!! x

Pasta bakes and Shepherds Pie type things are always good, Stews/casseroles, moussaka, tuna mornay, meatballs, quiche.

I like sandwich mixes too - tuna mix, chicken mix - cooked meat shredded and chopped super fine, super fine dice celery, carrots, red onions and parsley mixed with mayo. Curried egg mix and gherkin spread is a personal fav Keep it in the fridge for about 3 days and use it in sandwiches.

Roast pumkin and chickpea salad, pasta salads. (Don't freeze them but you can make them up in advance and mix them each day)

Slice are great for cooking, slicing up and freezing. Muffins are also a hit and easy to freeze, you can make savoury ones, like cheese bacon & corn etc, or sweet ones.

Quiche or bacon and egg pie

Pre make and freeze (but don't cook) some pizzas, get them out and bake them the night before so there is cold pizza for lunch
Cheesymite or pizza scrolls- these are super duper easy and always a hit in our house ( I think DH loves them as much as the kids)

    Scones are another good one.

Something else you could do is if you have the oven on for dinner, you could cook up a batch of chicken drumsticks for lunch for a couple of days.

Mini pies, mini quiches, pasties, sausage rolls, pastry scrolls.
Jam drops, anzacs, muffins - things that you can just grab a couple out and wrap, by lunch they will have defrosted.
