not quite sure??

ok so for the last few weeks ive been getting light cramps, but for about a week now they have been really bad, i have had some light spotting today and a little last night, and a few sharp pains in the stomach, also getting pains when going to the bathroom. ive never had bad cramps when getting AF, and wondering if i might have been preg and had m/c without knowing....( ds has been on formula for 3 months and me and dp have dtd alot since then)

i had a d & c 4 weeks after ds was born and if it is AF not quite sure what to expect.

Hi there
So you haven't had a period since having your DS? It could be your period returning, some women who never had cramping before child birth sometimes experience it after.
I'm not sure what else it could be, however maybe do a HPT to rule out pregnancy and then take it from there.
