    Can I freeze this?

Potato Bake and Honey mustard Chicken?

I'm making some for dinner tonight and i'm sure there will be left overs.

Yep I always freeze leftovers for work lunches (mince meals, stir-fry, fried rice etc). I've never frozen potato bake, and the only issue would be that the sauce might get a bit thick or the potatos might go soggy but hey, it wont hurt, it just might taste a bit funny.

I reckon the honey mustard chicken will be fine .. but i not so sure about the baked potato (like Leasha mentioned i too think the sauce will be clumpy after and potato bit too soft or mushy) .. if you do freeze them ** both ** could you PLEASE let us ALL here know how it went after (you can be the guinea pig, lol )!!
