I happened to turn on Poh's kitchen the other day, and the french chef was making croissants. DD loves croissants so we thought we'd have a go.
The dough was nothing like his, but they still turned out good. recipies on the web site.
they're actually pretty easy!
You have to make the dough the day before though, and leave it to rise a few times in the fridge. Good for a day you are home, then they are really quick to actually cook the next morning.
