Smile woohoo What a pleasant surprise :)

i just wanted to share my happy news

The last few times ive weighed myself on the scales its said ive lost like 4-6kg over the last month or so, i weighed around xmas time 67-68kg but the scales are saying im 62- 63kg, which is amazing and totally unexpected i havent been totally going out of my way to lose weight... but im guessing the weaning DD recently(has anyone else had that experience??probably cuz all my boobs are gone lol) and starting a new relationship the butterflies/nervousness loss of appetite thing lol

I'm so happy because even before i had dd i was about 64 kg so im so happy but i still feel wibbly wobbly still...its hard because i cant do much excercise with my back except swimming and walking.. but i really just need to tone up now.. hopefully after my spinal surgery i can start going to the gym again.

Also im thinking..about trying shakes to replace my breakfast(mainly because i find it hard to eat breakfast) and maby lunch but am wanting to know what are the best ones ??

    thanks for listening

    Wow that is fabulous hun

    What a lovely surprise

I found that by the time we got to 12 months BF'ing I had dropped to 58kg, (from my Pre preg weight of 64), and it just seem to keep falling off me. I actually felt too think so I was glad to go back to 60kg as I felt more comfortable at that weight and I didn't need to go a buy a whole new wardrobe I can get away with belts etc
