Red face My way to a healthy temple

    Im starting again

I successfully lost 15kg this time last year and feel in a heap when I was diagnosed with a large cyst on my bowel. My exercise routine wnet out the window and although I stopped dieting I kept a healthy menu and only put on 5kg of the 15 I lost.

So now that I have had my 'bum' op, I need to start getting back to this. I hate having to find clothes to fit my tall large frame (im 178cm and 120kg) ...and they dont make alot of nice size 24 clothing that I like.

    Sunday night was day 0.
No more carbs means no pasta, no pototoes, no bread...its hard for the first week or 2 but I got use to it quickly last time and the more weight I lost the more i didnt miss them.
Im not a sweet cake person...savoury is my demon lol so I have to curb it. Once a week I cut fresh vegies and put them in containers in the fridge so I can make a quick healthy meal without trouble. I also mainly stick to raw foods (with the exception of meat of course)
Currently are eatting arms length is
    lettuce
    tomatoe sliced
    onion sliced
    cucumber sliced
    capsicum chopped
    carrots grated
    zuchinni grated

I mainly fry an egg and a little bacon, have some chicken or make wraps with mountain bread. Last night i has sushi roll's I made myself with a necturine at 7pm

    my starting weight is 120kg
my goal is 20kg by june
my small goal is 5kg by 21stof march (SIL's birthday)

    so far....1.5kg lost

    Cheers big ears....here goes nothing

You are super organised! I love it. With healthy options readily available you can't go wrong. I did a big grate up of carrot and zucchini yesterday and put a heap in the freezer - I use it to make mini zucchini quiches for a healthy snack, yum

Well done chicky! don't forget to drink heaps of water... and if you need to nibble something a handful of nuts is great to ward off cravings and the extra protein is useful.
