So, when does AF come back???

Fred is 7.5 months old, she has been self weaning with solids since she was about 5 months old and getting formula feeds during the day when I am at work for a month now. She does feed during the night and has about 5-6 feeds a day.

I'm just wondering when I will get AF again. I'm not on any form of hormonal contraception so I am a little worried. Is there any way I could be pregnant or is AF just going to be slow to come back?

Hi,

You could be preg so maybe just test 2 double check especially if you aren't using condoms either. Af can come back at all different times for different women and can be different child to child so really hard to say when it would come back. It may just not have come back at all but if you aren't using contraception of any form I would dfinitely test.

Also if you aren't want ing to conceive at the moment I would start using some form of contraception, because you can easily ovulate and get preg then never get your period. You will almost definietly ovulate before you have a period so don't just count having no period as being safe

DH and I are using the withdrawl method atm, I know it isn't the safest but I keep forgetting to get an appointment with the dr and DH doesn't like condoms I'm not trying to conceive, and I did a HPT this morning that came up BFN. In saying that we did conceive one of our angel bubs when using condoms, so I don't really trust them either.

Well I just got an appointment with the Dr this afternoon about something else, I'll chat to them about it.
