Red face Lorraine Lea Linen Teddy bear wash instructions

DS has a Lorraine Lea Linen Teddy bear named PJ. PJ is creatively named so coz that's what is on his tag.

Anyway, said tag is now all rubbed away from lots of cuddles from DS. And PJ's had an 'accident' and wet the bed. He needs a bath and I don't know what the washing instructions are...

Can anyone help poor PJ? DS is asking for him coz now he's only got one Teddy, "Wanda" (who's name on the tag is 'Bronte' - I have no idea where 'Wanda' comes from)

    thanks!

Ds has one, well it's a different Teddy but tis from Lorraine lea linen. We put 'cuddler' in a pillow case and knot the top and wash on gentle. I suppose a laundry bag would do just as well. He's been hru the wash a few times wiu no major dramas except that he was never as soft afterward. Still cuddly but not the same iykwim

ok for PJ this is what LLL said

it is to be spot cleaned only. soft clothe just with a bit of water. and hang him to dryhe should come up looking like new. if you need to use a dertergent use and very mild one. so his fur won't go to stiff or lose its colour.

How would I get a "smell" out? PJ has been in bed with DS when he's wet the bed... PJ doesn't smell like that, but he doesn't smell "fresh" either...

I would do as Pandora suggested and put him in a pillow case or something similar on a gentle wash cycle. Do you have a teddy wash on your washing machine? I do on mine, and it's a really gentle cycle designed for teddies and the like.
