What overnight nappy do you recommend for a heavy wetting 3 year old?

    Hi all,

We've finally resigned ourselves to the fact that our daughter's not going to be toilet trained for overnight anytime soon, so it's time to replace the medium hemp nappies & bamboo boosters we're currently using.
What do you recommend? We need maximum absorbency, and no leaking around the legs or waist.
Are there any brands you've found particularly good for this scenario?
Do wool covers really make a difference?
We're fitted nappy fans, but I'm open to any suggestions.
    Thanks,

    Ali.

Sadly I've given up on my 3yo and she wears disposable nappy pants because I had trouble with fit, absorbancy and ease of use (in case she does want to go to the loo).

If you aren't concerned about whether or not she wants to get them on and off herself I love Genessa Forge Night nappies and the Bonnibums are pretty good too.

A Baby Beehinds bamboo boosted inside the nappy and between the nappy and cover worked fab for my heavy wetting DD1 (when she was still in nappies). If you boost in between the nappy and cover as well as a bit inside the nappy you don't get the leg gape which leads to leaks. And yep, definitely recommend a wool cover as well, had no end of leaks with fleece covers. I used my own hand knit covers as well as the Baby Beehinds wool covers, with hand knits I like an elastic waist to hold everything in better

    HTH and good luck

OK, thanks for your help. I'll start with the BBHs & see how I go! Great idea with the booster between the nappy & the cover.
