Homemade Rusks

Hi,

This might be a silly question, but I will ask it anyway.

I have a receipe for homemade rusks which uses 1/2 cup milk. I was wondering if I could substitute the milk for the same measurement of made up formula??

I dont have any full fat milk, and I think using water would be too bland (unless I added some flavour from something else)

What do you think?

I couldnt see why you cant. its still milk, just made up for babies.

would you be able to share your recipe? i am interested in making my own as well.
