    How long can you keep hummus for??

    I'm making some hummus for DD to take to CC. Just wondering if anyone knows how long it keeps for?

    A fair while in the fridge. Mine lasts a couple of weeks. It gets acidic and tastes funny when it's no good, kind of fermented.
