Looking for a good IVF specialist in Melbourne

Hi, We moved to Victoria just over a year ago and had previously used Monash IVf in Nsw and also in the past year without much success. I have one tube and am looking for a good understanding specialist and willing to leave Monash IVF if needed. Time is ticking by so really want some help in deciding whom to try and was hoping some of you could share your experiences with Melbourne specialists. The staff we had in NSW focused purely on my age though i have found the doctor we have had in Melbourne and his staff have been lovely to deal with but obviously after 4 unsuccessful attempts with them it is time to try something else. Would love to hear from you.

    Hi Buddy

When we lived in Melbourne in 2005 we did 2 cycles with Melbourne IVF. We found our doctor to be very warm and friendly and very good at listening and understanding our situation. We had to wait about 2 months to get the first appointment with her but after that there were no delays. Her staff are also very respectful and friendly. They staff at Melbourne IVF were also very nice; the nurses were all very patient and understanding. And you could choose to either use RWH or Freemasons Hospital in East Melbourne depending on whether you were a public or private patient.

I hope you manage to find an FS who suits you and wish you lot of luck with your TTC journey.
