    waking for a feed?

Hey everyone, my little man is 4 weeks old today and he has now been asleep for 4 1/2 hours should i wake him for a feed? he is formula feed and i have been having trouble getting him to sleep after a feed all morning!!

it's all so confusing being a first time mum

I would say don't wake him. He must need the sleep. He'll probably just be pretty hungry when he does wake up. It sure is confusing first time around....even second time around, newborns are a bit of a mystery!! Congratulations on your little man

Oh yeah i find that a proper routine didn't happen until around six months. Don't stress too much. It's so hard in the early days. He'll let you know when he's hungry. You're doing a great job!
