So ... Its time to get on the wagon AGAIN!!

So, after a month of emotional and mental stress and exhaustion ttc - I am getting back on the wagon of my weight loss.

The past month has been quite difficult for me (emotionally and mentally) so I took time out today to sit and put everything into perspective

Only prob will be the motivation to exercise - However, I figure now that we have a dog it will be easier and more motivating to take the puppy for a walk rather than be stuck on the treadmill, I've decided I will do a combo of walking the dog 3-5 times a week and run 3 times and do my weights 3-4 times a week

Only prob is - I hope I can stay motivated tho I tend to get all 'excited' then succumb to the 'well i'll work out tomorrow, couldnt be bothered today' kind of attitude and well the rest is history!

If anyone would like to join me, keep me motivated me with them too I'd love it

Love to keep you motivated - I too struggle to keep going and have just go a wii fit to try and get me going as i cant get to a gym and running where I am is not possible. Also...want more motivations on your run? You can get a lead that goes around your waist for the puppy to go on, leaves your arms free - when I lived in Melb my dog would love running with me. Not sure how old your puppy is - might still be too young for it, but in a few months time...
