    Question PUL raincoats?

I saw the most gorgeous raincoat/jacket made from PUL and lined with fleece. It was SO CUTE and very warm.

But I wondered, how waterproof do you think it would be? Because PUL isn't completely waterproof? The child was wearing it on a drizzley day, which I think would be the only time you could wear it? Definitely not if it was really raining? I only got to check the brand, didn't get to ask the mum how good it was.

(Oh, and the brand was 'Marks and Spencer - Autograph', it's an English brand, about $30)

Oh, and are there any Australian brands anyone knows of?

We've got a gorgeous red one for my eldest daughter, although it would probably just about fit my second daughter, from Myers. It is so cute with a satin lining, not terribly warm but we don't need anything more where we are. But truth be it told, it was $60 and she's only worn it about three times when we've had to go out and feed the chooks in the wet. We haven't really had the need for it otherwise. But it is very cute!!
