Question Schuessler Tissue Salts for Teething Relief? Anyone tried this?

My Acupuncturist/Kinesiologist who also uses a bit of Homeopathy, recommended to me the other day for DD's teething relief.... to try these tissue salts. I used a type of these years ago for acne when I was younger but since then have forgotten about them and can't remember if it helped me or not back then.

I prefer to use homeopathic remedies lately and we've been using Brauers teething relief but sometimes it doesn't always help and we end up using the panadol!! (which I don't really like using TBH especially as DD is only young).

Who has used these tissue salts for teething? Did they help?? I was advised to get the "Combo R: Painful Teeth" - for teething, tooth pain and dental inflammation.

    Hi there
I didn't use the Tissue salts for teething, but my Bowen therapist at the time recommended them for my then 3 month old for wind pain. I found it really helpful.
Have you heard about the Hylands Teething tablets? I've been using them for my 2.6 month old and they seem to work.

Yeah we started using Hylands tablets at first when DD was 5mths and was showing signs of teething but they didn't seem to work and DD hated the tablets in her mouth!

These tissue salts you rub on the gum apparentely?

I was going to say about the hy;ands teething tabs as well. Bella took them well when she was a bit bigger but if DD doesnt like them in her mouth you can put the tabs on a spoon with a bit of water and they melt and then they just swallow the liquid.

I found that I had to use them 2 tabs ever 2 hrs (i think it says) in the start to get them to work but after that they were great!

nah, tbh i wasn't too fussed on them and neither was DD and like everything, not all things are going to work for each baby are they?

I'm really interested in hearing any experiences with the Schuessler. I might just buy some and give it a go

DP has used them for the other end but I haven't heard of them for teething - is it safe to put it in your mouth?

    Oh phew!

DP just explained that the other end is a mucous membrane too so it must be safe as it would go straight into your bloodstream anyway. (Although I think I would buy a new jar anyway rather than use the one that had been used down there )
