Personally I'd freeze them raw and cook fresh when you want to eat them.

We make up a huge mix of patties every now and then, and pop them on a baking tray with layers of baking paper in between then just glad wrap around them (a few layers) to make sure they're air tight. It makes it easy if you just want to take one or two out to cook at at time which DP does for his own lunch.

Freeze them raw & defrost then cook when needed.

I freeze mine in a single layer in a zip-lock bag so I can take out 1 or 2 at a time for DD when we are having steak (she doesnt like steak)
